Does the widget look different when I'm away?
The widget stays the same, but the status indicator changes. Visitors can still send messages — they just see a prompt to leave their email for a reply.
What happens to messages sent while I'm away?
They're stored in your dashboard and you get an email notification. The visitor's email is captured so you can follow up from Gmail or the dashboard.
Can I customize the away message?
Yes. You can set a custom away message from the dashboard. It appears in the widget header when you're offline.
Is business hours scheduling included in the free plan?
Manual toggle (available/away) is included free. Automatic business hours scheduling is a Pro feature ($9/mo).
Can I set different hours for different days?
Yes. The business hours scheduler lets you set unique start and end times for each day of the week, or disable specific days entirely.
