How will it work?
You connect your WhatsApp Business number to GhostChat. Messages from customers land in the same GhostChat inbox as your website chat, and the same AI assistant — trained on your FAQ knowledge base — answers them automatically. When it can't answer or a customer asks for a person, it hands the conversation to you, exactly like it does on your website today.
What will it cost?
Flat GhostChat pricing, like everything we ship — no per-conversation or per-resolution fees from us. (Meta charges businesses for some WhatsApp message types, like template messages sent outside the 24-hour reply window; standard replies to customer messages are free.) Final plan details will be announced at launch.
Do I need anything special to use it?
A WhatsApp Business number. If you already chat with customers on WhatsApp, you're set — connecting it to GhostChat will be a guided flow, no code involved.
